As the first peer-reviewed periodical specialising in management sciences in Oman, and one of the pioneering management periodicals in the Arab world, Al Edari holds a pivotal position in our field.

Established in 1979, the periodical has recently been revitalised to align with the Academy’s evolving philosophy and strategic initiatives. It serves as a cornerstone of our mission to disseminate comprehensive research and studies on management, leadership, institutional innovation, and both current and emerging challenges.
